I'm not one to get that excited about drawing and painting because I prefer designing clothes but whenever I see people create art in front of me I'm amazed.
It's so amazing how proportionate each of these artists paintings are no matter how big or small their canvas was. Painting live in The National Gallery in front of many observers is quite intimidating but that didn't seem to phase them. They are truly professionals at work.
Thought of the day: Practice, Practice, Practice!
My mum sent me this the other morning and I thought it was one of the many things that I will have to continue sharing. I normally think of the 5 W's when starting a new project and having to thrash out loads of research but in the past couple of months I have taken a new perspective on life. This picture is definitely one to look back at regularly along my journey just as a reminder.
Interchangeable Framework is a fashion concept I created for my A/W collection for uni. The main idea that I kept consistent throughout my line up was that I wanted to make certain parts of each look detachable; this could be at the sleeves, bust, waist etc.
